lots of paint

We finally put something on one of our many blank walls. We have lived here for over a year, and we still have barely anything on our walls. So, we decided to paint our own paintings on canvas so that we could save money. I have had my canvas for a year, and I decided to un-earth the thing and give it a home. I also picked something simple so that I knew I couldn't mess it up too badly. Of course, I got the idea from a picture, but hey, I ain't sellin' it. Picking two colors has been pretty economical as well. But it did take a lot of paint to cover the thing. It also took a couple coats as well. Each panel is 30 x 40 inches, so they are pretty good in size. I have an idea for my next painting, and want to make it on a huge canvas. Thing is, I don't think I will have much time anymore since school will be starting soon.


another thing... I am saving up for a real camera. I can't take digital anymore, and I really hate the quality of digital. I'm glad I have one already, but it doesn't compare to the real thing. These pics are super blurry! Can't... hold... hand... still! bah!
